Key Responsibilities
• Perform interventional radiology procedures including vascular access, embolization, dialysis work, and PE thrombectomy.
• Assist in cases such as Y90 implants and chemo embolizations.
• Maintain infection control and sterile techniques during procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols including radiation safety and badge management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level 1 Trauma Teaching Hospital setting.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weeknights and weekends as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
• ARRT (R) certification or equivalent.
• State-certified Radiation Safety Badge (must be provided by agency).
• Minimum of 1 year of interventional radiology experience.
• Experience with vascular access, embolization, dialysis, PE thrombectomy, Y90 implants, or chemo embolization preferred.
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift schedule.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule with on-call requirements.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.
• Knowledge of Epic charting system.
• Familiarity with radiation safety protocols and badges.
