Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

• Oakland, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Full-time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize and initiate start of care visits in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants during patient care
• Complete and submit start of care reports the next day
• Document clinical notes and other required documentation within 48 hours of visits
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to home health therapy
Required Qualifications
• Valid California Physical Therapist License
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health therapy
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience using Kinnser documentation systems
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
