Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in a hospital operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operative workflow
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments and surgical instruments
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs
- Work independently on transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases as needed
Required Qualifications
- Large hospital OR experience required
- Ability to independently work on transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must be separated from previous employment with the organization for 6+ months
- BILH cover sheet required at submission
- Proof of flu vaccination prior to start
- Bilingual or additional certifications are a plus
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with transplant, cardiac, and vascular surgical procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
