Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Contract, 10-hour shifts, Day/Eve rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical assistance across multiple areas including cardiac and general surgery.
• Flexibility to rotate between day and evening shifts as needed.
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
• Be available to assist during on-call hours as required.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure efficient patient care.

Required Qualifications

• NBSTSA certification (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting).
• Prior open heart surgery experience.
• Ability to work 10-hour CST shifts (preferred) or 12-hour shifts.
• Must be vaccinated for flu prior to start (declinations not accepted).
• Must have been separated from the employer for 6+ months to be eligible (for contract, per diem, or permanent roles).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in cardiac, general, or other surgical specialties.
• Flexibility to work in multiple surgical areas.
• Ability to adjust to rotating schedules.
