Registered Nurse Dialysis
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Dialysis

- Burlington, VT
Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, 4 shifts per week, 16-week assignment, no weekends, potential float as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dialysis care to chronic renal patients
- Assist patients with home dialysis training and maintenance
- Operate Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machines
- Travel to facilities within a specified radius; flexible to work at multiple locations including St. Albans and Berlin
- Maintain compliance with all safety and treatment protocols
- Ensure all patient and treatment documentation meets facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Home dialysis experience in outpatient setting
- Minimum 1 year outpatient dialysis experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (within past 2 years)
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
- Experience with ESRD and chronic renal patients
- Reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires during winter months
