Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy and management for neonatal patients in a hospital setting.
• Stabilize and support newborns requiring respiratory assistance.
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment per clinical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments and treatment progress accurately.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Recent experience in neonatal respiratory care.
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Licensure by the State of Colorado as a Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification upon hire.
• PALS certification within 60 days of hire.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum one year of recent acute, emergency, or intensive care experience.
• Strong knowledge of pulmonary function and rehabilitation.
• Experience with neonatal respiratory equipment.
