Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, approximately 16-32 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties including ortho, robotics, general, ENT, plastics, and neuro.
• Maintain sterile environments and ensure proper use of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Float between different departments as needed, with flexibility for weekends and call shifts.
• Work 10-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as required, and participate in holiday coverage.
• Adhere to facility standards and contribute to patient safety and surgical team efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Tech with NBSTSA credentials.
• Current BLS certification through AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience, including large trauma Level 1 environments within the last year.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of multiple surgical disciplines, including ortho, robotics, ENT, plastics, and neuro.
• Ability to work 2 out of 4 designated holidays and work a flexible schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred.
• Recent experience in Level 1 trauma settings.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
