Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures across various service lines including Robotics, GYN, Neuro/Spine, Orthopedics, Vascular, Urology, and Endoscopy.
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and equipment.
- Support surgeons and surgical staff during procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and protocol standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized surgical equipment, including robotic systems and endoscopy tools.
- Document procedures accurately using hospital systems such as Meditech.
- Contribute to a team environment dedicated to high-quality patient care and surgical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience.
- Proficiency across multiple surgical service lines, including Robotics, GYN, Neuro/Spine, Orthopedics, Vascular, and Endoscopy.
- Knowledge of endoscopy procedures and equipment.
- BLS Certification.
- Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts and participate in call rotations as scheduled.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with robotic surgical systems such as DaVinci Xi.
- Familiarity with hospital surgical protocols and advanced instrumentation.
