Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with standards of practice
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans, including patient and family education
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement initiatives, possibly including shared governance
• Apply clinical expertise to support patient care across units and escalate concerns appropriately to ensure patient safety and quality care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Nursing License
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Flu vaccination required for RN position
• Ability to float to other units as needed (Travel RN)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
