- Full-time, days, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit for individuals with chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, ESRD, and general medical-surgical conditions
- Comply with hospital policies, including attendance and punctuality requirements
- Complete mandatory assessments and documentation accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system
- Participate in patient care activities during scheduled shifts, including potential float duties as needed
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and clinical protocols specific to inpatient renal care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Telemetry experience required
- Inpatient renal care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, with every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Kidney Injury, ESRD, and general medical-surgical nursing
- Familiarity with the EPIC electronic health records system
