Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in a high-acuity hospital setting
• Utilize computer systems to perform patient testing and retrieve data for quality and performance monitoring
• Ensure proper operation of radiology equipment and maintain safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver accurate imaging results
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including nicotine-free environment protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent Radiology Technician experience in a high-acuity hospital
• Graduate of a two-year accredited Radiology Technology program
• Ability to operate computer systems for patient testing and data retrieval
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification
• BLS certification
• Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) licensure obtained prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with X-ray equipment across multiple attached facilities
• Ability to work scheduled weekends as required
• Available for orientation and flexible in coverage based on unit needs

• Hours: 12-hour days, Friday through Sunday (full schedule as specified)
• Orientation: 2-day training at designated facility during first week
• Cancellations: Up to 2 cancellations per month at no cost with 2-hour minimum notice
