- Full-time, temporary (starting December 2025)
- Days shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and CCRC settings.
- Support therapy team with patient evaluations and treatment plans.
- Assist in implementing therapeutic activities to promote patient independence.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential.
- Current state license or certification as applicable.
- Prior experience in SNF, AL, or CCRC environments preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly populations.
- Knowledge of therapy protocols in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
