Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assess residents' functional abilities and progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document treatment activities and progress accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state occupational therapist license.
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to work full-time on weekdays.
- Strong communication and assessment skills.
- Experience in senior care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing or CCRC environment.
- Familiarity with elderly or special population therapy needs.
