• Full-time, days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to residents in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting.
• Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Assist with patient assessments and documentation of progress.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to promote residents' functional independence.
• Contribute to a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or assisted living/independent living settings preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a CCRC, SNF, or AL/IL setting.
• Certification in CPR or BLS.
