- Full-time, Days shifts, 4 days per week, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services to clients, assessing and developing treatment plans
- Implement therapy sessions according to individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and family members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven experience in conducting speech and language assessments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting
- Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and tools
- Bilingual skills are a plus
