Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various care settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and home exercises
- Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings
- Knowledge of current physical therapy best practices and advancements
