Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract, travel | 13-week assignment
• Days shift, 4 shifts per week, 9 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy to patients on the acute care side of a hospital
• Conduct 3 hours of therapy per day for 5-7 days a week, including PT, OT, and speech therapy as applicable
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a unit with approximately 30 beds and 35 staff members
• Follow hospital policies, dress code (olive green scrubs top and black pants), and safety protocols
• Participate in weekend shifts (2-4 weekends per month) with flexible days during the week
Required Qualifications
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Inpatient rehab or ARU experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with geriatric populations, including stroke, hip fractures, debility, amputees, cardiac, and spine surgeries
• Gentle, friendly, flexible, and hardworking personality fit
