Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Assist in implementing treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Document patient progress utilizing electronic medical record systems
- Support patient activities to improve daily living skills
- Collaborate with therapy team to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active California license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) electronic medical record system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with SNF patient populations
- Familiarity with therapy documentation protocols
