Full-time, Days shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) suites
- Assist with procedures, ensure patient safety, and monitor vital signs throughout interventions
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Collaborate with cardiology and medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with ACLS and BLS certifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care hospital setting
- Valid nursing license in the state of California
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Scrub experience in cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab
- Community hospital experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health record
- Flexibility to float between related units as needed
- Ability to work a block schedule based on manager discretion
