Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Contract (13 weeks), alternating shifts (days and nights), rotating schedule, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to ICU patients in a high-acuity environment.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Float between Step Down and Critical Care units as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in travel or temporary assignments.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment.
- Team player with a flexible approach to shift scheduling.
