Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in scrubbing ortho, spine, neuro, general, bariatrics, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, and C-sections surgeries
• Ensure accurate matching of skills for trauma, ortho, general, and urology cases with a skills checklist rating of 3 or above
• Support surgical teams during procedures, maintaining sterile technique and efficiency
• Provide patient care support across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Adhere to unit orientation schedule and shift policies, including call requirements and holiday work

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technology experience, including trauma and orthopedic cases
• Certification: BCLS and NBSTSA (or NCCT) certification required
• Experience with scrubbing ortho, spine, neuro, and other surgical specialties
• Ability to work 13-week assignments with a preference for first-time travelers
• Accurate skills assessment matching for trauma, ortho, general, and urology cases

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in high-volume surgical units with complex cases
• Flexibility to work holidays and participate in call rotations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
