Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in outpatient clinic and urgent care settings in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient assessments and documentation using EPIC EHR system.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid TN LVN or LPN license.
• At least 1 year of experience using EPIC EHR system.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient clinics and urgent care settings.
• Knowledge of general and internal medicine.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or urgent care clinics.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
