Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type:

Rotating shifts; 12-hour shifts; travel position

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient dialysis nursing care at a facility in Burlington, VT, and float as needed to other locations including St. Albans and Berlin.
• Work 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day).
• Rotate across various shifts, including 8, 10, and 12-hour day/evening shifts.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation using EPIC EMR system.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during dialysis procedures.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including schedule flexibility and on-call requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably including prior travel assignments.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system within the past 2 years.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, personal or rental vehicle, with all-season or snow tires during winter months.
• Clear explanation of employment gaps exceeding 90 days.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior travel nursing experience in dialysis.
• Flexibility to work varied shift lengths and floating requirements.
• Strong adaptability and team collaboration skills.
