Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nephrology nursing care to patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment
- Administer BCG treatments and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure all procedures are performed in compliance with hospital and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress
- Demonstrate strong Urology experience and handle physical requirements for the role
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nephrology or urology nursing
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to administer BCG treatments and handle related patient needs
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working within a urology specialty setting
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and interdisciplinary team coordination
