Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical nursing care to ICU patients in a busy hospital environment.
- Float across all critical care floors, including Step-Down, PACU, and Medical Telemetry Units as needed.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a similar-sized facility.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
- Ability to work flexible shifts with minimal RTO.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital with diverse critical care units.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
