Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units
- Manage high patient ratios with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and interventions accurately
- Adhere to all facility protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience with travel or 3 years without travel
- Valid TN or compact nursing license at the time of submission
- Must be comfortable handling high patient ratios
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in IMU or Step Down units
- Previous travel nursing experience (preferred but not required)
