Full-time, days, 5x8s (7:30am to 4:00pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized dosimetry services for radiation therapy treatments
- Collaborate with radiation therapists and medical staff to develop treatment plans
- Assist in the setup and calibration of radiation delivery equipment, including Truebeam and Trilogy systems
- Ensure accurate delivery of treatments, adhering to safety protocols and radiation safety standards
- Maintain detailed documentation within electronic charting systems, including Epic and ARIA
- Participate in on-beam treatments with a daily caseload of approximately 30 patients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy dosimetry experience
- Certification in Radiation Oncology Certified Medical Dosimetrist (R) or equivalent
- Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy or Radiation Oncology
- Proficiency with Truebeam and Trilogy radiation equipment
- Radiation safety badge, provided by the agency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient radiation therapy settings
- Knowledge of Epic and ARIA electronic charting systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
