Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Days, PRN (as needed), 13-week assignment or longer, with a guaranteed 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients of varying needs
- Assess patients' conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
- Implement therapy techniques to improve clients' functional abilities
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist license or registration in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or rehab settings
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation systems
