Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary (13-week contract)
- Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pulmonary care for critical, non-critical, and chronically ill adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under physician supervision.
- Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures, including blood gas analysis, EKG analysis, and chest film review.
- Manage ventilators, airway devices, and oxygen delivery systems.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop respiratory care plans.
- Respond to emergency codes and participate in hospital surveys.
- Support advanced practice procedures like pulmonary function testing and respiratory wave form analysis.
Required Qualifications
- RCP License in Louisiana
- BLS certification via American Heart Association
- CRT certification from NBRC
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory procedures.
- Ability to perform and analyze pulmonary function tests and assist in bronchoscopy.
