Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment, nights shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult and pediatric patients in a modern ICU setting
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and a full-time hospitalist physician during day shifts
- Work independently with minimal supervision and direction
- Maintain compliance with all clinical standards and protocols
- Float to other departments as needed based on qualifications and staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- At least three years of nursing experience in a critical care environment
- Ability to work three 12-hour night shifts per week, including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rural or small-community hospital setting
- Comfort working with both adult and pediatric patient populations
