Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location
- Greensboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 21-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit primarily for MS3x12 patient population.
- Float as needed and serve as Charge RN if required.
- Administer blood products, manage peripheral lines, and start IVs.
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation.
- Follow isolation precautions and safety protocols.
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding.
- Experience with EPIC system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with blood product administration and IV starts.
- Knowledge of rapid response protocols.
- Prior telemetry or similar unit experience.
