- Rotating shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately
- Ensure compliance with all clinical guidelines and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and evidence-based techniques
