Job Title
• Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, approximately 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language pathology assessments and therapy for diverse patient populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and therapy goals

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Basic knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and clinical practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of medical record systems and documentation standards
