Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments and evaluations for patients based on physician prescriptions
• Develop personalized care plans to improve patient mobility and functionality
• Document patient progress and communicate treatment plans effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a clinical setting providing patient care and therapy treatments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital, outpatient clinic, or rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities
