Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Day shifts, part-time (4 shifts per week), 8.5 hours per shift, ASAP start
Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients based on individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapy strategies
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with care planning
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient or similar clinical environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced setting
• Athletically or neurologically focused therapy experience
