Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location
• Mullins, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts (8:00 am – 4:30 pm), possibly working on holidays, with potential to float between units or sister facilities

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based rehab setting
• Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans compliant with facility protocols
• Administer therapeutic interventions to assist patient recovery and mobility
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license (SC or Multi-State Compact) at start of contract
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Willingness to float within scope and between related facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in hospital outpatient and inpatient rehab settings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to fluctuating patient needs
