Key Responsibilities
- Support physical therapy treatments under licensed therapist supervision
- Assist in patient evaluation and therapy plan implementation
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately
- Ensure proper equipment setup and maintenance during sessions
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards throughout patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Experience in setting up therapy equipment and assisting with treatments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed documentation protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with therapy documentation systems
- Bilingual abilities a plus
