Registered Nurse - CVOR
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, on-site, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate all service lines, including CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, and Bariatric cases.
• Work 3x12-hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities.
• Participate in on-call coverage: one 24-hour call per month during weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
• Provide holiday coverage as needed.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with radiation badge requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid SC or multi-state RN license in hand at start of contract.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Radiation badge (provided by agency).
• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience.
• Ability to circulate across multiple services including CT, Vascular, Surg Onc, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, and Bariatrics.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Extensive scrub experience in Cardiac and Vascular cases.
• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, or Magnet Hospital setting.

Note: The facility is a Level I Trauma Center with 820 beds. Local candidates within 60 miles are encouraged to apply; geographic restrictions are case-by-case with a 10% pay rate reduction. All RTO requests must be submitted at time of application and approved based on department needs. Travelers may be called off once every two weeks, with hours divided accordingly. Hurricane season staffing from June to November may include emergency response assignments.
