Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document care using the EPIC system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1.5 years Med Surg experience.
- Epic EMR experience.
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Charge nurse experience preferred.
- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching hospital, or magnet facility.
