Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home nursing care to patients in a home health setting
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
- Participate in on-call rotations once a week
- Adhere to all safety, privacy, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee RN license (pending licenses accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of home health or relevant nursing experience
- Able to work day shifts, 8 hours per shift
- Availability to work 5 days per week, including one weekend per month
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous home health or outpatient nursing experience preferred
- Flexibility to accommodate possible block schedules
- First-time travelers accepted
