Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 26-week contract, rotating shifts, 3x12 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily patient flow to ensure optimal care, safety, and satisfaction
- Triage incoming patient requests for services and provide appropriate care coordination
- Deliver patient education to support care plans, healthcare choices, and wellness goals
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures following safety guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent service and advocacy for patient safety and preferences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year operating room nursing experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a valid compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Ability to obtain necessary computer skills within 90 days for online requirements
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working within a hospital or surgical environment
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety protocols
