Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

- Orangeburg, SC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment during night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on acuity levels and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient conditions and treatments accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Manage patient flow and prioritize urgent cases effectively
- Meet staffing ratios and accommodate float responsibilities within scope of practice
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license
- At least 2 years of emergency room experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Epic electronic health record experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certification in CPI and TNCC considered a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to facility needs
