Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, 10 hours per shift, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the Ambulatory Operating Room, supporting surgical teams and patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Prepare patients for surgery by reviewing history, reconciling medications, obtaining vital signs, starting IVs, and administering preoperative medications.
• Monitor patients during post-anesthesia recovery, including vital signs and discharge assessments.
• Support a variety of specialties including Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, and Gastroenterology, with responsibilities tailored to each procedure.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR nurses to ensure safe and efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all safety protocols, including maintaining radiation badges and adhering to departmental standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid SC or Compact License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Radiation badge provided by the parent company
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in surgical or procedural units

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, GU, Endocrine, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Robotics, Total Joints
• Well-rounded experience across multiple specialties aligning with the caseload
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
