Job Title

• Full-time, Night shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care in a busy outpatient surgical observation unit.
• Assist surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, respond to emergencies, and coordinate patient needs throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and PCTs to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
• Support patient safety and comfort while adhering to facility protocols and standards.
• Float within the scope to other observation units or sister facilities as needed, based on operational needs.

Required Qualifications
• Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (600PM-600AM, Monday-Thursday)
• High level of clinical competence in surgical patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with orthopedics, interventional radiology, or gastroenterology procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-service surgical environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
