Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their families.
- Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
- Contribute to a positive workplace environment through professional communication and conflict management.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records and adhere to core care measures.
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in intensive care, progressive care unit, or stepdown units
- Strong clinical judgment skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
