Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
- Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Contribute to a positive, conflict-free workplace environment through professional communication.
- Maintain complete, accurate medical records and participate in ongoing education.
- Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
