Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting with a focus on spinal, neuro, trauma, and surgical cases, including gunshot wounds and neurological injuries
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for diverse patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Active nursing license and verification (e.g., Nursys License)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical or related specialty
• Ability to work night shifts and successfully manage a fast-paced patient care environment
• Certification in relevant clinical skills (if applicable)
• Must include all demographic information in profiles, including badge-appropriate photo

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for trauma, spinal, neuro, and surgical patients, including those with complex neurological injuries
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Proven ability to work with diverse patient populations, including trauma cases such as gunshot wounds and neurological impairments
