- Nights, part-time (3 shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health status and document changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
- Float to other units as needed, including dementia care units.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Current BLS certification through AHA.
- Experience with LTC and dementia patient populations.
- Willing to float to other units and work flexible schedules.
- Reliable transportation, including all-season tires during winter months.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Experience working with EMR systems.
- Comfortable working with patients with dementia.
