Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a 15-bed ER with a 6-bed fast track.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Respond promptly to urgent situations and manage emergency procedures efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Valid current Hawaii nursing license.
• Valid RN license with emergency room experience preferred.
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments with professionalism.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in emergency room or urgent care settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of current emergency nursing protocols and practices.
