Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients.
- Monitor and assess newborns' health conditions, responding promptly to clinical changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Travel nurse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with neonatal care equipment and protocols.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
